Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve.

Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club Coach.

Our Training Program includes:

  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!

  • Once weekly coached training runs + one FIT4MOM class weekly, with additional runs completed on your own.

  • A Run Club race t-shirt/tank top.

  • Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!

  • Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.

  • FUN and UNIQUE opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club Sisters while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!

We are training this SPRING for the HIPPITY HOP race on April 16, 2022. You will register for it separately. You may choose to run and race on your own "virtual" style, while still receiving coach support if you do not want to run the race in person on race day.
