RUN CLUB+ 6 Week Spring Session

This will be a fun session! We will focus on your goal - whether it is to run your first race, work on speed, or keep accountable, we are here to help!

Our 6 Week Session includes:

⭐Coached Sunday runs (coach is certified in postnatal fitness)

⭐Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!

⭐Private Slack group for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.

⭐Training Plan towards racing in the Donut Judge Me 5K on May 11th

⭐FUN and UNIQUE opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club Sisters while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!
