Strides 360 is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave them at home and turn the focus on YOU. Strides 360 is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring!

RUN CLUB 6 Week Spring Session!

Join us for a 6 week session of Sunday runs before the summer heat starts. Run Club Coach and Boston Marathoner, Annie, is back to help you with running form, pace, and speed.

Cardio Barre is a 45 minute workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

Join us for Strides 360 and a free meal provided by Chop Shop. Limit to 2 meals per family. Kids and spouses, moms, aunts are all welcomed. There is a cap of 30 people who can receive a free meal. Therefore, this event is only for members and their family members.

Join us for the first run of the season! We will be doing an easy 20-30 minute jog/walk/run - whatever pace you want! We will have all levels from walking to running. Body Ignite® Express is a 30-minute strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Get ready to Strut Your Stuffing with FIT4MOM at our annual Family 5K, and it's going to be an absolute blast! Happening at the beautiful Desert Horizon Park (a.k.a. Police Park), this race is all about family, fun, and fitness in a super casual atmosphere. Join us for a 20 minute music class after Stroller Strides lead by Music Together Phx. This free event is for FIT4MOM members only.

This class is just as cute as it sounds!

Bring a toy stroller, shopping cart, walker, or anything that has wheels.

Our instructor will lead the kiddos through a mini stroller strides workout.

All ages are welcomed to participate.

We pick a new book at each meeting. It is not required to have read the book. We do discuss the book at some point during the night, so you need to be ok with spoilers. Please bring a drink or snack to share.

This is a fresh NEW workout method that blends the best of Ballet, Pilates and Barre classes in to one! Great for all levels, this one hour class will challenge you from beginning to end.

Barre at the Bar is one of our favorite events! Join us inside Culinary Dropout at Scottsdale Quarter for a fun Barre workout that you can take your kiddos to in the stroller or baby wear. Stay after for brunch and support Culinary Dropout! Brunch is an additional cost. This event is for FIT4MOM members and pass-holders only.

Body Ignite is a full body strength workout using body weight and dumbbells. Babies and toddlers can come in the stroller. Ages 2 and up can attend a sports class during mom’s workout. Check B.E.S.T website to see most current class schedule.

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

These classes will get you the results you are looking for. You will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Please register through Play & Stay. Kiddos can use the play area during class time and stay until closing at 6 p.m. Cost is $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional child.
