Run Club 6 Week Spring Session See All Times

Join us for our 8-week Run Club Endurance Training Session! Your coach will keep you up to date each week as to the location and time of our in person training runs, but they will always be on Sunday mornings. If you are not a current FIT4MOM monthly member, as part of your paid Run Club session, you may also attend one FIT4MOM class of your choice each week.
